The Wonder of Salads!

Okay, I admit it. I did not cook tonight. I planned on cooking, but my husband was gone for the night and my children insisted on peanut butter and jelly. Who was I to argue?
Since I did not cook, I decided to make a killer salad once the kids were in bed. 2 cups of lettuce, 3 slices of Black Forest ham, 1/4 cup of shredded cheese, a bit of blue cheese dressing and a bit of Russian dressing with a slice of homemade wheat bread makes a great chef salad! The best part is that the entire salad is only 250 calories!!!
I am absolutely stuffed. I do not want any more to eat, I am completely satisfied and I feel healthy after eating it.
